Paul S. Kulig

Paul S. Kulig provides services to our clients on estate planning, probate administration, real estate and general corporate matters. He also represents both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and debt re-structuring matters.

Paul was born in Rutland, VT, and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Columbia College and his Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School.

Attorney Kulig was admitted to the bar in Vermont in 1978. He is also admitted to the Federal Courts in Vermont and the Unites States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He has been in private practice since then and has tried cases, both civil and criminal, in all court divisions of both the Vermont and Federal Courts. Paul has also represented clients in appeals before the Vermont Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals in New York City.

Paul lives in West Rutland, VT, with his wife Patricia. He has been active in various civic, church and municipal organizations over the years. Currently, he is President of the Board of Directors for Regional Ambulance Service, Inc., which serves 11 communities. He is a Director and Secretary/Treasurer of ICI Mutual Insurance Company, a risk retention group serving the mutual fund industry.
